On February 7-8, 2018, CS Training Centre conducted a specialized training program as part of its ongoing effort to develop and support partnerships across Indonesia. With the expansion of CS partnerships in Medan—one of Indonesia’s largest cities—this initiative ensured that all new partners received the essential knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
To maintain high service standards, every CS Indonesia partner is required to participate in a structured training session conducted by CS Indonesia. This program provides partners with critical insights and practical knowledge that will be invaluable when engaging with customers and delivering exceptional service.
